So far in the book it has been very entertaining. It hasn't made me bored and it keeps me turning the page. The only problem with it is that half the time I don't know what the main story is and i'm 54 pages into the book. Whenever I settle down on one subject in the story it changes the subject and character to someone completely different. So far from what I've read, I think that It's okay to say that the story is about the events that the main character and Bernard are discussing that occurred back in Dresden. Basically, the story is just a flashback about Dresden and the main character and Bernard's reflection on the war.
The closest book that I have ever read to this one would be Number The Stars by Louis Lowry. The only reason that they are related is because they both talk about WWII and events that occured during such time. They both had main character's that were stuck in the crossfire of the second world war.
However, I don't think I'm far enough in the story to be able to base a project off of . I thought about some ideas but I don't think they would be very affective ideas for the project.
